All of our cookies are sugar cookies made with real butter.

Do your cookies have nuts?
Our recipes do not contain nuts.  However, occasionally we do use nuts and nut products on the same equipment that we use to make our decorative cookies.

Can I send you a picture of custom cookies I am interested in?
You can absolutely email us your ideas for custom cookies, along with any picture inspirations you may have.  We do add a small additional amount to the price of custom made cookies.

How far in advance should I order custom cookies?
Orders can be placed months in advance to sometimes just a few days in advance.  Ideally we prefer to have at least 2 weeks notice.  Please call us directly for quick turnaround orders and we would be happy to help you.

Can I order custom samples?
If you would like to see a sample of a custom design, we would be happy to email you a picture for your review, free of charge.  If you would like us to ship a sample to you, we only charge for the cost of shipping, the cookie is on us!

What if I cancel my order?
Orders cancelled less than 2 weeks before their ship date are subject to a 50% charge of the order total.  Cancelled orders already in production will be fully charged, since all of our cookies are custom made to order.
