Lewis and Leslie Rosen are fantastic Philadelphia caterers.  They catered my wedding and years later people still talk about the food.  Leslie is known for her thoughtful and creative displays.  I love her idea of serving fresh fruit in mini colanders.  Red and white colanders filled with berries would be so fun for a 4th of July party.
